Terms & Conditions HokiJitu — Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to hokijitu. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and the hokijitu management team ("we", "us", "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the hokijitu platform via hokijitu.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

The hokijitu platform provides online entertainment services including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, BWF badminton, MLBB and Valorant esports), Live Casino games, slots, lottery, and other games that may be added from time to time. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are subject to these terms and conditions.

To be eligible to use the hokijitu platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age 21 years of age or older on the date of registration and on all subsequent dates of use.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident present in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not prohibited by any local law or court order from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion from any gambling platform.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion programme of any casino or gambling platform on which you remain an active registrant.

During the hokijitu account registration process, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure with no refund of balance.

• One account only: Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on hokijitu. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. HokiJitu will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.
• Identity verification: We reserve the right to request a copy of your identity card, utility bill, or other documents to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal or during a security review.
• Latest information: You must keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur. Contact our support team if you are unable to update your details on your own.

All financial transactions on the hokijitu platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Hokijitu does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by payment providers are beyond our control.
• Funds deposited into your hokijitu account do not earn any interest.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by our team.
• Hokijitu reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period.

Hokijitu offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including Welcome Bonuses, Sports Betting rebates, slots cashback, free spins, and prize draws. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses must be converted through wagering in accordance with the specified rollover multiplier (typically 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type) before withdrawals are permitted. Detailed rollover requirements are stated in each individual promotion offer.
• Bonus validity period: Unused bonuses or rollover requirements not fulfilled within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days) will expire and be automatically reversed by the system.
• Bonus usage: Each member is entitled to each bonus type once only within the specified promotion period, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse policy: The use of multiple accounts, collusion between accounts, or any method to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Promotion changes: hokijitu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with or without prior notice.

Sports Betting at hokijitu covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), BWF badminton, esports (MLBB, Valorant, PUBG Mobile), NBA basketball, and more. The general Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in specific cases approved by hokijitu.
• If a match is suspended before the 45th minute, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• If a match is suspended after the 45th minute, the score at the time of suspension will be used for bet settlement purposes.
• In-play bets are considered valid based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, even if the odds change thereafter.
• HokiJitu reserves the right to void or adjust bets where there is a significant technical error in the display of odds.
• Parlay bets are valid only if all selections meet their respective settlement conditions. If any selection is voided, the parlay odds will be recalculated excluding that selection.

Casino games (Live Casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and slots on hokijitu are operated by licensed third-party providers. The following additional terms apply:

• All games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and tamper-proof results.
• Settled game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• Internet connection interruptions during gameplay are the user's responsibility. hokijitu is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Certain slot games may not qualify towards bonus rollover calculations. Please review the relevant promotion terms before playing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within the respective game interface.

HokiJitu maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, manipulation, or unethical behaviour. Actions considered misconduct include:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Using a credit card or payment method that is not your own without the authorisation of the rightful owner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors in the system for personal gain.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.

Your hokijitu account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary closure by member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
• Closure by hokijitu: We reserve the right to close your account with or without prior notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other reasonable operational grounds.
• Self-exclusion: If you request a self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be locked for the period you select and cannot be reopened during that time.

Once an account is closed, all transaction data will be retained in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements for the prescribed period.

HokiJitu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, income, data, or reputation arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from service disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, nationwide internet outages, or actions taken by regulatory authorities.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or using public devices.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by hokijitu is subject to Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia. By using the hokijitu platform, you agree to our data management practices as described in Privacy Policy us.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, service improvement, and legal compliance.
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@hokijitu.ws.
• All data is processed and stored using infrastructure that complies with current security standards.

HokiJitu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the hokijitu.ws website.

We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes via your registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the hokijitu platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
